Piny Fizz – Your Perfect Christmas Cocktail
Ingr
45 ml gin
80 ml orange juice
30 ml lime
20 ml pine syrup (100ml water + 100 gr sugar + pine needles)
red berries (freeze-dried)
ice cubes
Preparations
Pine syrup: Bring water & sugar to a boil, add a handful of pine needles and infuse into the syrup. Sieve and let cool down.
Cocktail: Add ingredients to a shaker and dry shake. Then add ice and shake. Pour into a cocktail glass and decorate with a small branch from your Christmas tree. Sprinkle some red berries on top and serve.
